Maddie and I have been so incredibly blessed to have taken these photos. 2009 was a rad year and I’m looking forward to some more adventures in 2010.
Cheers, friends. Here are some of my faves.

ROMAN HOLIDAY // I THINK IT’S HER
Over the past month or so I’ve been working on a personal project with my friends in Roman Holiday. After a long summer of weddings and portraits it was nice to have another creative outlet and the opportunity to use my 5D Mark II to its full potential. Give it a watch and leave some love.
Big thanks to Mark for letting me borrow his Canon 7D for the slow motion clips.

SNOWDAY // SNOQUALMIE PASS, WA
Yesterday, my family decided against braving the crowds of black friday to get up to the mountains for some family photos. My mom LOVES snow and snowflakes, so the location was only natural. Here are a few of the photos.

We also took a little trip over to Snoqualmie Falls after lunch.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
ONE YEAR AGO TODAY…
I asked Maddie to be my wife. I got the ring finished the night before and couldn’t wait any longer. I stuffed it into a pouch on my keychain where I keep guitar picks and hoped the best. A year later we’re married and I couldn’t be happier about it. You can read about the whole thing here. Love you, Mads!
Here are a couple of wedding photos of my beautiful bride from our amazing photographer, Jay. Isn’t she beautiful?!

STEVEN+ANIKA // SEATTLE, WA

Steven and Anika were totally blessed with two of the best Maid of Honor // Best Man speeches of all time. For real, I was laughing. A LOT.

Congrats, S+A. Maddie and I really enjoyed celebrating your wedding day with you.
