So today is my birthday and I’ve got a lot to be thankful for. I have amazing parents who always support me immensely with whatever crazy thing I decide to pursue, rad brothers who I consider my best friends, and a beautiful fiance who I’m pumped to be married to in 15 days. Life is good and I’m blessed to be able to take photos for a living, do what I love, and support my soon-to-be wife in the process.
And what post is good without a photo? So why not 20?! I just ordered some prints for our wedding, so here are a few snaps from our engagement sessions with our wedding photographer Jay Eads and our good friend Sean Flanigan.

It was so rad to see Evan’s dad with such a proud smile while looking at his son.
I just LOVE this photo of Ali that Maddie took just as she was leaving the bridal suite to see Evan for the first time.

Evan was so surprised that their moms had snuck in the back to see too. It was emotional for all involved :)
Another awesome Maddie moment. They exchanged notes and these two photos were taken at the exact same time by the two of us!

Kayne shades for the win?

There was just something that was so cool about Evan’s dad at the door to the church as people arrived.
Maddie and I were taking a water break right before the ceremony when I was informed by her to grab a shot in some “epic light”. Glad I did.

Love having the two angles here!
Another awesome capture by Maddie right as they exited the ceremony.
Decided to have Maddie drive so I could snipe the newlyweds out the sunroof :)

Ali had so many details covered that it’d take a whole blog post just to cover them. But everyone loves a candy bar, so I had to share.
Ali pulled a little trick on all the single ladies by throwing one bouquet that was really three seperate flowers. And man, these girls were intense about being the ones to catch them!

Scott and Kristen’s first look was so fun with their friends and family watching from the deck above.

Little prayer time before the ceremony.

Kristen’s brother and friend rocked both the ceremony and receptions with some classic tunes.
Always gotta love a good bottle of Jones Soda.

Congrats guys! Can’t wait to see your photos from your honeymoon in PORTUGAL! WHAT?!?!
