Here is an incredibly small preview of everything that was the Marsh wedding yesterday. Congrats, Jeff and Alise!

Yesterday was phenomenal. The sun was out and Josh and Meghan totally made the best of it. I traveled out to their stomping ground in Gig Harbor and the scene was nothing short of beautiful. They took me around town and we ended up on an amazing beach. The smell of the ocean, bonfires. Oh man. It felt like summer. Here are some of the photos from out little adventure, climbing over fences and exploring the beach. I’m stoked for their wedding this fall.

I wasn’t going to share this on my blog, but after watching it a few times over in different venues and getting feedback, I’ve decided to post it. This is one of the hardest projects I’ve ever had to make. Going through the footage was really difficult at times, but I feel like the video gives a good message of hope for the Haitian people. For all of you who gave money or tents, thank you so much. You have no idea how much that meant to these people. Here is the story.

For many different reasons, this wedding was one of my favorites of all time. I shot this wedding before I even had a blog, so I decided to repost it! Maddie and I just booked our tickets for a wedding on Oahu in October of this year so it got me thinking about Tyler and Rachel’s wedding back in 2008. Not only are Tyler and Rachel great, but they are also my brother and sister in law since Rachel and Maddie are sisters. Also, for all of your photography nerds out there, this was my first shoot with a tilt shift. Not surprising that I got hooked on it. Here are the photos.
