Steven and Anika were totally blessed with two of the best Maid of Honor // Best Man speeches of all time. For real, I was laughing. A LOT.Congrats, S+A. Maddie and I really enjoyed celebrating your wedding day with you.

A couple days after I got back from my honeymoon I got a call that gave me the incredible opportunity to fly over to Florence, Italy to shoot a wedding with my good friend, Sean Flanigan. The trip was a whirlwind as we were only gone for about 5 days but well worth it. Here are some of my favorite images of the day.

Instant film and polaroids are something that I have been fascinated with all of my life. When Polaroid stopped making film a I was really disappointed that I had never bought one myself. A couple of months ago my friend Jay Eads {who also shot our wedding} told me about the Fuji Instax 200, a cheap camera that took good photos and took film that was still being produced. I bought one before our wedding and have LOVED working with it. In addition to shooting digital on her trusty Canon 5D, I had my wife Maddie shoot some frames with the Instax for a cool vintage feel too. We’ll be adding the Instant Film as a option to all of our wedding packages for a little extra fun!
