This is our friend Lacey! She’s been living in Istanbul for the past couple of years and made an incredible tour guide for us. Her knowledge of the culture and especially of the food was such an amazing blessing to us. Having her to show us around this amazing city made our trip about 300% better.
For the very last part of our journey, we made the trip down to the ancient city of Ephesus. We only had one day to explore and it was an absolute downpour, but we made the most of it and walked the ruins regardless.

Amazing! Beautiful photos Benj
The stunning simplicity of your travel images are so incredible. You manage to introduce a stranger to these cities, not with fancy tricks or photography smoke + mirrors, but in the basics. Thanks for sharing.
You have done a really good job with these photos. Highlighted the country well.
Stunning!! I have been to Istanbul a few years ago and right now I am falling in love again!! Beautifully captured!
Thanks for sharing these snaps from Turkey, Benj. Always great to see how another photographer captures a place you’ve been to, especially one that you love – a lot.
